Todd Marine Products and its Affiliates warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of retail purchase. The user’s sole and exclusive remedy for any defect or failure of performance of the product shall be the return of the product with proof of purchase, shipping charges prepaid to place of purchase or to Todd Enterprises at option of user, for repair, replacement, or refund of purchase price at the option of Todd Marine Products. Warranty is void if product has been altered, abused, neglected or improperly installed. Todd Marine Products makes no warranty other than that stated above.
